The Kalamazoo County Fair is pleased to announce our sponsorship program. With more than 60,000 visitors in a short
5-day period, this is a great way to showcase your products and services.

There are a variety of sponsorship levels, choose the level that best meets the needs of your business.  Everyone can be involved with the Kalamazoo County Fair; sponsorship levels are designed to help you get involved with the activity of your choice. As the levels grow, so does the opportunity to be a part of an advertising plan reaching the greater southwest and mid Michigan market.

• Conduct product sampling while delivering your message!
• Your logo will be included on our website and all newsprint 
  advertisements.
• Banners strategically placed.
• Receive admission tickets to give away to your employees or clients. (Number of tickets dependent on level of sponsorship.)

  mentioned on intercom throughout each day.

Friend of the Fair

Be a Friend of the Fair for just $100.00.  You will receive two (2) Mega passes (admission and grandstand all week plus one day ride voucher) and mentioned on the web site. Please contact us at 269.349.9791.

Donors

If you would personally like to contribute to the financial success of the fair and its programming, please contact our office to discuss the many options. If you or your business would like to be an anonymous donor, arrangements can be made to secure your privacy. Donations of in-kind services will also assist the Kalamazoo County Fair in off-setting our expenses.

Fair Survival Fund

The Fair Survival Fund is a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing educational exhibits related to “Agriculture” and its industries.  Donations to this Fund qualify as a charitable deduction on income taxes.  Memorial gifts from an estate can go on forever!
